From 2012, we have reorganized the ways of payment and the management of the arrivals, which was becoming more and more problematic in high season, since our offer was enlarged to all the island of Kefalonia and to the neighbouring islands. From now, any customer won't be obliged to pass by the agency to pay the balance. This allow us to free more time to sell tickets, to give appropriate advises and have an efficient local customer support.
Consequently, we apply agency fees for all the reservations of whom we did not received the balance, 10 days before the arrival at the latest. In this case, the payment of the balance will take place at the agency, cash or by card (without bank expenses), with the addition of modest agency fees (15 Euros by accommodation). This possibility is not allowed for a residence, hotel or villa located more than 5 km away from the agency (see payments & services). For all the other bookings, there is no supplementary fee and a Voucher to show to the owner of the accommodation will be sent to the customer by e-mail or by fax, as soon as we receive the total amount of the payment.
