We assure you for the season 2012, the lowest price guarantee. This means that if after getting a price, be it threw our search engine of prices, be it an offer from us transmitted by e-mail, you will find on a competitor website, the same type of accommodation, in in the same establishment, at the same dates for a lower price, you will automatically benefit from the clause known as "the best price available online". To enjoy this guarantee, that lower price must learly appear on a competite web page (price list or research result), or on a correspondent quotation transmitted by e-mail/fax from the accommodation owners. The customer must, if we conduct a request for verification, send us a screen capture, a copy of the e-mail or either a link towards the page where the competiting offer appears. Prices given orally (i.e. by telephone) or promotional offers, which are limited in time are not considered. Once the booking is confirmed, this warranty is still valid for 2 weeks, unless the booking is done less than 3 weeks before arrival (known as "last minute").
The new system of price alignment, based on supply & demand and the online reservation has the consequences the fact that the eventual discounts are automatically calculatedby a precise table (old customers, length of stay, advanced booking, etc.). Except for group bookings or for long duration sojourn, which will be granted by a tailor-made quotation, ther is no more price negociation. This creates an equality between all customers, for the benefit of all, because the lowest rate may become the norm.
