The reservation is usually done by two payments, by credit card or by international bank transfert, the first one at the moment of the booking and the second one two weeks before the day of arrival at the last. If the booking takes place in last minute (within the last three weeks), only one payment is required. In case of cancellation by the customer, here is the standard progressive rate of refund :
15 Euros of handling fees, more than 28 days before the arrival
30 % of deduction from the total amount, between 28 and 21 days
40 % of deduction from the total amount, between 20 and 14 days
50 % of deduction from the total amount, between 13 and 7 days
70 % of deduction from the total amount, between 6 and 2 days
90 % of deduction from the total amount, the day before of arrival
100 % of deduction from the total amount, the day of arrival (no show)
This warranty is only valid for reservations of accommodation alone, or in case of on-the-fly packages (i.e. made by the customer heself, knowing the price of each item). The packages proposed by the Odysseas Travel Agency (recognised by their sell-name and their fixed price) could have another cancellation policy with different refunds If some residences, hotels or villas have a cancellation policy different from the above, it will be displayed in the page of the accommodation and the at the moment of the booking.
Attention : The residence can offer a substantial reduction of price, on the condition of non refund in case of cancellation. This offer is called "non-refundable booking" and one can find it clearly announced at the time of the reservation.
