They are three different ways to book, of which only the last is accompanied by supplementary expenses for the client :
1 - through credit card (or Paypal) : the total amount of the stay at the moment of booking.
2 - through two credit transferts : 50 % of the total amount at the moment of booking and the balance at the latest two weeks before the arrival date.
3 - through one credit transfert : 50 % of the total amount at the moment of booking and the balance at your arrival (+ agency expenses : 15 Euros due with the balance).
Note that, in the case of last minute booking (in the last three weeks), the total of the stay must be paid all at once. The third solution is only possible if the the customer has chosen a residence at a 10 Km range from the agency. As the season's over, payments by card (online or at the agency) are made without supplementary expenses. All payments regarding an accommodation booking, will be confirmed by Voucher and a receipt either by the owner or our agency (in the case of vacation packages or holiday trips). Ferry tickets or day-trips tickets (which mention of the price) don't require a receipt, because they are in themselves proof of payment direct to the company. When regarding vacations packages proposed by Odysseas, the recipt supplied represents the global cost of the accommodation, transferts & excursions but without the price ofthe eventual ferry ticket (see above).
