Support
Please note that the paying support is for nothing obligatory. It is not even expected for supplying a case of emergency. For that, one can apply for an assistance service, automatically included in our vacation package, elsewhere optional.
In range of your support, we take care, if needed, of contacting by telephone local public services (auto assistance, police, hospital, etc.).
We strive within the limits of our logistic abilities to accompany your practicalities (insurance, bank, inner circle, photocopies, mail, etc.).
The support proposed by Odysseas is essentially destined to settle controversies or punctual problems, of which otherwise should be resolved directly with the owners or whichever other involved person, a case who usually need an interpreter or mediator.
All the customers can access to our free support by telephone. You will get a phone number following your reservation. The hotline is open during working hours (9-14 AM & 5-9 PM). The local support (moving of one of our agent) remains free in a range of 20 km of the agency (i.e. enlarged agency zone : Argostoli, Lassi, Svoronata, Metaxata, Lakithra, Spartia, Pessada, Karavados, Mousata, Trapezaki, Vlachata, Lourdas, Simotata) within the limits of two successive interventions.
Concerning the rest of the island of Kefalonia and Ithaca, the support is with payment (respectively 20 Euros and 30 Euros for the first intervention). From the third intervention within the agency zone (second in the rest of Kefalonia and Ithaca) the cost is 20 Euros each one. The paying support (intervention in non-agency zone) is valid only if chosen at the time of booking, ticking the right box in our booking system.
Supplementary interventions (as described above) will be paid on the spot in exchange for a receipt. If it concerns a vacation package, the support ins in any case free in Kefalonia & Ithaca, within a limit of respectively two & one intervention(s).
In any case, the moving of one of our agents in the agency zone (free), has to be really motivated. Our agents won't move if the problem can bee solve in a simple way by phone.
The wait between the notice from the customer and the arrival of our agent on the spot could last between 20 minutes and two hours, since we need one hour and half to join the town of Fiskardo, in the north of Kefalonia. The intervention in Ithaca is limited by the timetable of ferries and could be postpone to the day after.
We don't operate any direct support on the other Ionian islands. In this case, we could reorientate you, beforehand or by phone, towards a partner agency, who could bill or not its services. |
